If you’re a Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK customer, you’re automatically part of our free Rewards Program. You can start collecting points today when you shop online and then spend the points on your future purchases with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK.
Collecting Reward Points
We may, at our discretion award you reward points for the reasons and in the amounts set out below. Please note that the benefits of our GIRI UK Rewards Program are intended for the use of the individual listed on the account and for reward points to be applied to your account.
From time to time, we run promotions where you can qualify for additional reward points subject to minimum spend requirements or the purchase of specific products.
You may also qualify for additional reward points by entering and winning our competitions, completing surveys, or participating in other research Programs. The number of additional reward points that you may be entitled to will be advertised on the Website and/or via email.
Your GIRI UK Points will accumulate automatically when you earn GIRI UK Points.
Using Reward Points
The GIRI UK Points you accumulate may be redeemed while shopping online at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK.
You can get £1/- for every 100 GIRI UK Points
Delivery or postal charges may be payable by you in case you make your purchase redeeming all your GIRI UK Points.
Redeemed points cannot be used again and will be deducted from your points total.
Managing your GIRI UK Points
Your My Account page will always be up to date with the available points to spend.
Your GIRI UK Points will not expire for the next 5 years and you can continue using those points.
It will be your responsibility to stay upto date with our Scheme’s Terms and Conditions and as to the number of points in your account. Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK will endeavour, but is not required, to notify customers at risk of forfeiting their reward points. Any correspondence we send in relation to our rewards scheme will be by email and to the email address, you have registered with us.
If at any time, in our reasonable opinion, you are deemed to be abusing our rewards scheme we reserve the right to withdraw you from the scheme and cancel any accumulated points on your account.
Points or rewards received through participation may be subject to tax liability. All tax liability, including and without limitation disclosure connected with the receipt and/or use of points or rewards, is the responsibility of the individual listed on the account.
We may make changes to our rewards scheme and these Terms and Conditions and we will give you as much notice as possible of those changes. We may suspend or terminate our rewards scheme at any time but we will give you as much notice as possible before we do so. If this happens your reward points total will be frozen or lost.
a) All existing customers and new customer who registers with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK are automatically enrolled in GIRI UK Rewards Program
GIRI UK Points are the points that you collect when you shop at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK (www.giriuk.com).
a) For the fact enrolling into GIRI UK Rewards is an automatic process, you will not be able to opt out. You may decide to continue shopping with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK, but not be redeeming points.

When you refer a family member/friend and when your family member/friend accepts your reference using your unique referral link and registers at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK 4. When the said reference buys for the first time at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK
1. No, GIRI UK Points are calculated only for your basket value.
2. There will be no GIRI UK Points rewarded for the shipping charges.
3. There will also be no GIRI UK Points rewarded for the VAT amount.
4. You will only get GIRI UK Points for the amount you spend on Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK (after discounts/coupons / GIRI UK Points redemption).
a) Yes. All the categories within Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK have enrolled for the GIRI UK Loyalty Program.
Unfortunately, No. The Rewards Program is Live from 2nd July 2023. So the system will award GIRI UK Points for all orders dispatched on and after 2nd July 2023. However, as a token of goodwill, Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK will credit 500 GIRI UK Points, to all customers who have registered with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK in the past. These points can be redeemed in the next purchase you make with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK.
a) When you shop at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK, you will be able to enter the number of GIRI UK Points that you want to redeem in the appropriate field at the time of checkout b)The Pound equivalent of 100 GIRI UK Points is £1/-
No. There is no minimum number of GIRI UK Points for redemption. You can redeem any number of GIRI UK Points that you have earned. The system will calculate the pound value and reduce the amount.
No. You can earn and accumulate as many points as you want and use them at a later date.
No. At this point in time, you will not be able to transfer GIRI UK Points to your friends and family. However, you can use the GIRI UK Points to purchase online and get the products delivered to your friends and family
a) If your friend, who you refer, register using the unique link that you have provided and makes a purchase on Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK (www.giriuk.com), then you will be rewarded with 500 GIRI UK Points, irrespective of the amount they spend on Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK. b) If the friend, who you refer, is already an existing customer of Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK, he / she will not be able to re-register, using the same email address. In such case, no points will be awarded to you for referral / referral purchase.

a) You need to log in to Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK. Go to the “My Account” page. Then go to the Points tab. You will see a referral link. b) You can then share your link on social media such as Facebook / Instagram, WhatsApp and by email
Unfortunately, No. If your friend has already purchased earlier with Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK, he / she will not be able to register again using the same email address. In which case, you will not get points for referral.
Yes. You can redeem GIRI UK Points with existing coupons/discounts. However, you will not be awarded GIRI UK Points for the purchase with Coupons.
GIRI UK Points can be redeemed only from future shopping from Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK (www.giriuk.com). GIRI UK Points cannot be redeemed from outside of the website.
Yes. All the vendors within Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK are enrolled for GIRI UKLoyalty Program. So, you can earn GIRI UK Points by shopping in any / all the stores within Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK and you will be able to redeem points in any / all the stores within Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK.
Generally, substantial discounts have been applied on products that are put on Sale, so that the customers get the maximum benefit. So generally, you are not entitled to get GIRI UK Points when you purchase products on Sale. However, it is at the discretion of Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK management to apply exceptions on time-to-time basis.
No. GIRI UK Points can only be redeemed against purchases at Shivayaa Limited T/A GIRI UK. You will not be entitled to getting coupons/vouchers or redemption in any other form.
