GIRI UK DELIVERY DETAILS

  1. Any successful confirmed order placed by Noon at www.giriuk.com on a working day will be picked and dispatched mostly on same day or next day.
  2. The delivery is usually 2 working days within Mainland UK and 3 working days for Highlands UK. Sometimes, you will get your ordered delivered on next working day as well.
  3. We do not dispatch on Weekends as there is no collection by Royal Mail or other service providers from our warehouse.
  4. Deliveries can happen on Weekends by Royal Mail or other service providers.
  5. Once your order is dispatched, you will be receive Shipment Tracking email with a link to track and please do check your spam folder if you do not see it in your regular inbox.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges are applicable on each and every product individually and are collected along with the product value at the time of payment. The weight listed on the product page.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are based on the weight / volumetric weight which ever is higher as per the Global shipping norms. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.

Estimated Shipping Rates will be quoted once the orders is placed and you can calculate the same before check out.

We estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options we deal and choose to send each product. Depending on the shipping provider we choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

The shipping charges quoted is exclusive of Duty, Tax & Any Other end charges as applicable at the destination. They have to be borne and paid to the concerned entities - Customs House/Service Provider by the customer/consignee at the time of receiving the parcel.

Delivery Time: Time taken for each logistics service differes with the products to product and destination to destination for each and every Logistics service.

Partial shipment:

Any Order can be done as partial shipment, based on the availability of the product against confirmation of customer. The shipping charges incurriung in such cases would change and the real time shipping charges would be requoted once the reshipment is arranged though email. Incase of cancellation of the pending items of a partial shipment, the refund for such orders would be done only of the Order value and not the shipping charges collected and taxes incurred on the order value or shipping charges.

Packing of Product:

Packaging is done by a team of experts, who specialise in packing the products we deal with, as we understand their importance. The packing is done based on the nature of the product. We take utmost care for each and every product of an order, check for quality and quantity for each order and proceed for packing. The packing process will differ for Stone items, metal items and Kolu dolls. The packing charges for most of the items are added along with the shipping charges, while for a product with a weight of 5 kgs and above the packing shall be quoted seperately based on the destination to send. We have added packing weight as a variable to each product, which will reflect in the product weight. The packing charges are also applicable for all products for shipment outside India.

Offers, Discounts, Packs, Special rates, Shipping time, Processing time, Products displayed on website, all are only applicable for Orders placed and paid via Online.
