Introducing our 12 inch Trishul. This Trishul, or trident, is made with quality materials, ensuring durability and longevity, as well as great aesthetic appeal and spiritual value. The trishul is the signature weapon of Lord Shiva. Shiva, or Mahadeva, is believed to be in a state of perpetual meditation atop Mount Kailash. The crescent moon, or Chandra, adorns his head, giving him the name ‘Chandramoulishwara’. The king of snakes, Vasuki, rests around the lord’s neck.
Mahadeva is well known for his Trishul, or trident. This three-pronged weapon is believed to represent a variety of things. Among them are time; the past, present, and future, the cycle of existence; creation, preservation, and destruction, and the Gunas, or aspects of nature; Satthva, Rajas, and Tamas.
The three prongs represent balance, as well as Shiva's immense power. This Trishul serves as a reminder of the power and divinity of Lord Shiva, and is an excellent addition to your pooja space or home decor.
