Purandaradasa was a Hindu saint and composer from Karnataka, India. He iscconsidered as the "Father of Carnatic Music" due to his immense contribution to the classical music tradition of South India. Purandaradasa's devotional compositions, known as "Purandara Dasa Krithis," are cherished by music enthusiasts and spiritual seekers alike.
