Electric Drum with Bell

The "mangala aarti" is an important step/ritual towards the end of any upachara puja for the worship of all /any Hindu deities. The significance mainly is to cast off evil eyes on the deity itself and use that supreme light to dispell all darkness in the life of the worshipper. 

During this step, a bell is used to invoke the Deity with the auspicious sound. The aarti plate (with camphor and a flower) is held on the right hand with circular rotations. The ringing of the bell is continuous for 2-3 minutes, until the aarti prayers are completed.
