Sri Lalita Sahasranamavali

Lalitha Sahasranamam is composed by Ashta Vaag Devis. This is mentioned in Brahamanda Purana and was revealed by Sri Lakshmi Hayagriva to Sage Agastya. It should be understood that reciting this Sahasranama is possible only if Sri Lalitha Parameswari, wishes one to do so. Hence it is considered to be the blessing. Reciting the thousand names of this deity brings the blessings and vigour to overcome the hurdles or problems one faces due to karma. All the purushartas (genuine desires) prescribed in sastras gets fulfilled to those who recite these verses daily. The slokas are given in a bold Tamil font, and together, they are easy to recite during poojas and ceremonies.
