Aarti is performed using camphor, and devotional songs or bhajans dedicated to Lord Kaala Bhairava may be sung followed by prasad distribution.

After the evening rituals, devotees break their fast by consuming a simple meal. It is customary to eat satvik (pure) food without onions and garlic. The Kaala Bhairava Vratam concludes with devotees expressing gratitude to Lord Kaala Bhairava for accepting their prayers and making a promise to observe the vratam again in the future.
